Did you catch it?
Know it has been some time since THE PHANTOM was in Singapore! Haha.. just wondering if any one of you caught it live at the Esplanade? I DID! It was awsome and mesmeriazing! I guess I was just caught and enchanted by the music! Really! It was also my first time watching a musical at the Esplanade, the place is not that bad after all! I managed to watch it with my whole entire family, including my Brother was was back for attachment in S'pore! Haha.. he actually watched it before back in London, but felt the standand was not too far off from what he saw.
One thing which caught me through out the entire musical was how PHANTOM actually have been someone who have been dislike and un noticed by many ever since he was a young boy, but yet he produces great musical for the Stage house. At the end of everything, he actually just wanted someone to tell him that he is loved and for him to know that he is loved by someone.
Well many a times we in our own nature might be just like PHANTOM, hoping to be loved by someone and just needed to know that there is someone out there who loves you. This might be because we do not feel accepted or appreciated by our peers, teachers, family members. Hence to fill up this void, we might fall in and out of BGR to satisfy this, or misbehave in order to get the attention of others. Just like PHANTOM, he had to be seemingly the bad guy, just so he can get that affirmation and love from Christine whom he has brought up and taught to sing.
Hence are you someone just like this? Today I just would like to tell you a simple answer which I have and that is you have someone out there who loves you very much! And that is our Heavenly Father, God! Take time to pounder and think about this!
